A growing ABA therapy company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across clinical and support roles. This person will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding candidates while helping expand recruiting outreach within the healthcare community.
We are looking for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and friendly who can build strong relationships with candidates and represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other recruiting channels
Conduct outreach to schools, communities, and professional networks
Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps
Support onboarding and candidate follow-up
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking
Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
Prior full-cycle recruiting experience
Healthcare recruiting background strongly preferred
Experience recruiting in the U.S. market preferred
Comfortable sourcing across multiple platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
Friendly, candidate-focused personality
Experience using recruiting platforms and ATS systems
