This strategic role requires an individual with a robust background in electronic security management, including extensive experience in project management, purchasing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of complex security projects, ensuring all aspects of the projects align with client needs and company standards.
Manage the complete lifecycle of projects from the bidding phase to the deployment of security solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners, negotiating terms and managing procurement to meet project requirements.
Work closely with project managers and other internal teams to forecast project needs, schedule tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
Implement rigorous project review mechanisms to ensure ongoing alignment with client specifications and industry regulations.
Oversee the training and development of team members to ensure a high level of competency and readiness for project challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronic security or a related field in a management role.
Finance experience with confirmed quickbooks and reporting experience.
Background in project management, software migration, and CRM is preferred.
Proven track record of successful project management in security technologies, particularly with large-scale and high-profile clients.
Strong technical knowledge of current electronic security products and systems.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives, government officials, and internal teams.
