We are seeking a compassionate and organized ABA Intake Specialist to serve as an initial point of contact for families seeking ABA services. This role is responsible for connecting with families, completing the intake process, gathering necessary information, and helping ensure a smooth transition into care.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while supporting families through the intake process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with families through inbound and outbound calls.
Complete the intake process and gather accurate information from families.
Explain the intake process and next steps clearly and professionally.
Build a positive and supportive relationship with families from the initial contact.
Maintain accurate and organized intake records and documentation.
Follow up with families to obtain outstanding information and keep the intake process moving.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into ABA services.
Requirements
Previous healthcare intake experience required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an empathetic approach.
Comfortable handling frequent inbound and outbound calls.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to communicate professionally with families and handle sensitive situations.
ABA experience is a plus.
